Olympic Boss To Head Up Network Rail

The chief executive of the Olympic Delivery Authority is leaving to join beleaguered Network Rail in a similar position. David Higgins will be replacing Iain Coucher who is stepping down in October. Mr Higgins, who is already a non-executive director of Network Rail, will take up his new position on 1st February.
