Greater Anglia re providing additional staff at certain stations to assist with the anticipated crowds attending the Olympics. The 'Games Team' is drawn from the company's workforce and will see train planners, finance controllers and admin staff assisting the customer services team. They will be identifiable by their magenta tabards and armed with their Olympic handbooks.
The Games Team will be based at Colchester, Ipswich and Cambridge stations in addition to those already at Liverpool Street and Stratford.
